SCI Alaska Chapter has teamed up with the Rohrer's on Kodiak Island to offer this amazing all-inclusive hunt based out of the world-renowned Rhorer Bear Camp.
Come join the Rohrer's on Kodiak Island for the trip of a lifetime! This trip includes the opportunity to harvest a Kodiak Brown bear, Sitka Black-tailed deer, as well as the opportunity to hunt sea ducks and red fox.
Ideally the hunt dates should be October 23rd – Nov 4th. The 23rd and 4th are travel days to camp, actual hunting days are the 23rd - 3rd. Some flexibility in these dates may be available, but this is the start of the season and the best dates.
The Hunt Includes:
1. A 10 Day fully guided 1×1 brown bear hunt. $35,000.00
2. Sitka blacktail deer hunting for you and 1 guest, which includes 1 blacktail buck each. License and tags included. $9,000.00
3. The Trophy Fees for 1 brown bear.
4. The opportunity to hunt Sea Ducks and Red Fox.
5. A Christensen Arms Traverse .375 H&H rifle, topped with Leupold’s VX-6HD CDS-ZL2 1-6x 24mm obj. 30mm tube illuminated fire dot reticle rifle scope and 5 boxes on ammo. MSRP $4,600.00

You can expect to see Sitka black-tailed deer, red fox, river and sea otters, seals, and an occasional pod of whales and naturally, an abundance of Kodiak brown bears. During late summer and fall, Kodiak brown bears concentrate near streams in pursuit of salmon which affords excellent opportunities for viewing and photography. Kodiak is populated with many bird species including kittiwakes, gulls, cormorants, puffins, belted kingfishers, harlequins, common mergansers, and bald eagles.
